Born to Pastors Herman and Viola McPherson, Princess Karlene Hamilton is the fourth child among four brothers, Owen, Phil, Miguel and Prince. Though her birthplace is the enchanting island of Jamaica, Karlene was raised in Ontario, Canada where she graduated from the University of Toronto and from Nippissing University in North Bay, Ontario.
From a young age, Karlene has served the church in many capacities including Sunday School secretary, youth president, special speaker, and worship leader. She eventually migrated to the United States after marrying her husband, Mike. For seven years following, they both served as youth pastors on Long Island, NY
Karlene’s first sermon, “You Have Been Too Long On This Mount", was preached before the age of 12. It emphasized her call of exhortation and encouragement to the body of Christ.
Mike, Karlene, and their two young children, Duane Anthony and Sunesis Amee currently live in Atlanta, Georgia where they serve in ministry under the leadership of Pastors William and Danielle Murphy of the life-changing dReam Center church. Her absolute passion is Christ, and she lives to serve Him.

- Preached in several Church of God ministries in Eastern Canada
- Spoken in several youth camps
- Implemented and directed a teen parent’s mentoring ministry with the Long Island (NY) Youth for Christ
- Served as Youth Pastor in Long Island, NY, with her husband, Mike
She is currently:
- Serving as Director of children’s ministry of rock.Nation Kidz at the dReam Center church of Atlanta
- Working on a Christian romance novel
- Working on a children’s picture book, Sela: Through Her Daddy’s Eyes
